Sorry, this is inaccurate. I am sure it checks that the OJVM is functioning
properly in the database being upgraded, i.e. in 12c. That is how I got
this error in the first place when I had an outdated JVM in my database (
ORA-29548 ).
Whether or not it checks something in the new home - I do not know.
