Which Oracle Cloud Control version is production ready the most.

Hello,

planning to install one of the Cloud Control version 13.

Asking for Your producion experience which version should I go with ?

Like 13.3 + latest patches or 13.4 + patches.

My major goal is to have stable monitoring environment, nothing fancy, just for some DB ver 12.1+ .
