Hi.

I've not seen a template either, so you have to do the full repository creation, but I think that's probably a better option actually.

I've done 13.3 on 19c. This Vagrant build contains everything I did.

Of course, it has to be OL7 for 19c (and should be).

Once you are up and running, just make sure you have the latest version of all the plugins. I think there are some issues if you don't pull down the latest plugins when the repo is on 19c. Can't remember where I saw that...
