Pretty sure when you’re looking at the perf tables, OEM is just reading and displaying what’s in the views in the DB. This data is not collected and stored in OEM, just pulled right out of AWR when you connect. Looking at the queries the dbsnmp user is running while you’re viewing the perf page is a good idea to see what the query is. Don’t think OEM is doing any filter/sampling of its own.
