close_fds.pl perl script

I'm facing the problem described on
https://www.performatune.com/en/migrating-asm-diskgroups-to-another-storage-without-downtime/

We already moved our storage, but we have several old disks still opened by old processes.

We have Oracle Support, but I can't find the close_fds.pl perl script on MOS. I searched on Web too, with no luck.

Does anyone have this script or have the exact MOS DocId link?
