Swingbench is a testing tool that Dom Giles does on the side.whilst not being a full time product manager for the database.
The software is likely 10-100x better than his website and docs indicate.unfortunately I don't have any tests to prove that.
Do you have a specific question? Have you checked his faq/blog/scnearios he's posted? I know many here are using it, they can probably help as well.
I used to manage a product from Quest called Benchmark Factory. It did custom and TPC-like workloads. I know at one time it had a freeware offering.

Subject: Benchmarking Software
I am looking for something to benchmark running an Oracle 12.1.0.2 database in a number of different environments. I found something online called Swingbench. I put it on the server to generate a baseline, but I can't find any documentation on it. I tried to submit a comment on their website asking about documentation, but it just sat there with a circle going around and around.
So, assuming that this software is as bad as their website, does anyone know of any free, decent benchmarking program for Oracle?
Thank you,
