Where does it talk about Oracle Linux OS?
However I did see that yum update showed 4.1.12-112.14.11.el7uek.x86_64
available.
Anybody else apply it yet? We are a small Linux shop currently so applying
it and the potential performance hit I am not too worried at this time.

I applied it and run uptrack-upgrade -y which brought my effective kernel
to 4.1.12-112.14.11.el7uek.x86_64
