Upgrade 11.1.0.7 with compressed objects

I am battling a upgrade currently. Current production is 11.1.0.7, which is obsolete and version number can tell that we couldn't upgrade this database due to no downtime provided.

Current Challenges-

Compressed objects are not supported with Goldengate classical extract which is the only extract mode compatible with 11.1 database version. Compressed Objects are not supported with Logical standby , so logical transient upgrade is also crossed from list. Compressed objects are not supported with Streams on 11.1.

We have 26 such table and the biggest one is 1 TB and second biggest 500GB , Rest are tiny ones.

We can't uncompress tables due to exclusive lock on tables and we don't have space on current box , more over it may be change sql plans on uncompressed .

Finally we have proposed cold upgrade by shutting down primary for 12 odd minutes.

I have one question :

Can I run following sqls when application is UP and running fine?

_at_?/rdbms/admin/utlu112s.sql
_at_?/rdbms/admin/catuppst.sql
_at_?/rdbms/admin/catbundle.sql psu apply
