16 pages does not sound very much for me. Unfortunately I can top this by factors of 3 and more.

-> And finally, always expect worse support responses on Windows machines. I have no experience with Windows machines and support on these machines. But we do have the same type of problems on Unix side. We have Solaris and Linux environments, same type of problems. Support people unresponsive, without knowledge, Development unresponsive and uninterested. Exceptions prove the rule.
-> I would have to fully and emphatically agree with Oracle's lack of responsiveness. I've been working with Oracle for close to 30 years now, and this year has hands down been the absolute worst dealing with Oracle Support - EVER!.
Have to fully agree. The only way to get answers (not solutions !) in acceptable time is having SRs on Prio 1 with 24x7 flag. Currently we have a dozen of them open, some for more than 4 months.
We are working with Oracle account manager and Oracle escalation manager with weekly phone-calls, now for more than 9 months. Some problems could be fixed, others are still outstanding, and dev is not responding even to their escalation manager.
So what I want to say - you are not alone. This does not help, but it looks like a general problem these days.
Anyone having the same problems? Anyone ideas how to improve the situation?
