Something special? You are installing Oracle on Linux and Windows machines.

Juan, support for Oracle RDBMS is provided by Oracle Corporation, not by
Amazon Corp. It is also not provided by Walmart, GM or Geico, although
you can save 15% or more by switching to Geico. Furthermore, Asktom is
not a support page. Oracle support page is at
https://support.oracle.com. Asktom.com doesn't have any obligation to
respond in timely fashion and doesn't track incidents. You cannot call
Asktom and require your question to be reassigned. Amazon has both
forums, which is the word usually used to describe sites like Asktom,
and support. Amazon AWS is available at
https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport. You should contact
http://www.theonion.com for Oracle support and upload your logs to that
site. I am sure that they can answer all of your questions appropriately.

You are wrong, as usual.
