Yes, you are right, of course:
https://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/03/01/aws_s3_outage/ Once you move thing into the cloud, you are no longer running things on computers but on the water vapor. Thus the expression "vaporware". And water vapor cannot be destroyed by bombs.
