Query assistance

Hello everyone,

I have been breaking my head trying to put together a query..

I have a complex application with about 300 tables with all sorts of referential integrity constraints. I am trying to insert a few records into all these tables but getting the right order based on the PK/FK relationship is what is throwing me off.

If anyone has a query which lists tables based on the order of insert operation that would be great.
