"Fetching Data..." in OEM 12c

We have a number of OEM 12c configurations (12.1.0.4 and 12.1.0.5) running on RHEL 6 where every time you scroll beyond a certain row limit (it looks to be between 50 and 75) a small message pops up saying "Fetching Data..." with a small delay associated with the data retrieval. But, if you scroll back up you again get the "Fetching Data..." message, which to me means the issue is with a "window" size of a setting, somewhere. Anyone know where this setting is and how to adjust it?
