Oracle Add-ons

Ok, trying to help a workmate. Did some googling but can't seem to locate the correct information.

Here is what she has and needs:

On my new laptop, I have Java 6 Update 29. Below are the two add-ons that I'd like to install in IE11. I believe JInitiator will allow me to run Oracle forms which will allow me to install the EXPeRT software (one of our products).

So folks, where can I get ahold of these or how do I install just the add-ons?
