Does this include the on-premise cloud; i.e servers managed by Oracle, but located at a business? I wonder how many large customers are using Oracle’s external cloud service to host their data. Oracle recognizes the reluctance by companies to put data in external clouds in offering an on-premise cloud. My apologies, if on-premise cloud is not the proper term.

And likely to selected customers with very large contracts.
