13.2 DBLM documentation issue with workaround

We've just discovered an issue with the 13.2 HYPERLINK "http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E73210_01/EMLCM/toc.htm"Lifecycle Management Administrator's Guide TOC. It initially displays the contents of the manual and then everything after the preface disappears from the TOC. The rest of the manual is actually there, it just doesn't display properly. The issue should be fixed in the next doc refresh (hopefully end of next week) but for now if you click on the "Preface" link, you can see the remaining chapters in the TOC sidebar on the left hand side of the page.  

Apologies for any confusion this may cause.
