You appear to be using OLD Udev rules. (We should ask Tim to update his Oracle-Base UDev pages, right?)

BUS has been 'replaced' by SubSystem (from what I can tell, this happened in RH6.x) - the quotes to mean these are not exactly equivalent and you need to look carefully through the Man page to determine how to build the new rules.

Adventuring into the unknown without a machete is always a challenge. Good luck.
