up to production - maybe it really wouldn't save much time anyway doing 1 vs 4 devs/ and 4 QAs.

Playing alphabetti spaghetti - unless things have changed in the latest linux releases Huge Pages and AMM (automatic memory management - i.e. the one where you set the memory target and let Oracle work out the SGA and PGA for itself) are not compatible.
