database upgrade question

All,
I am planning to upgrade one 10.2.0.4 database to 11gR2

So I see that it is supported for direct upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3

But I also want to have the latest PSU applied .

So should I install the 11.2.0.3 software +PSU patch and then perform the database upgrade

or I have to do the database upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3 and then perform the PSU apply

Please advise
