In sqlplus do a describe on v$sql. There are numerous statistics related to usage, memory, and cpu realted to the SQL statement available via this view.

Is there simple way (through SQL) to find out the active SQLs that is consuming high resources like CPU, SHARED MEMORY, and TEMP SPACE.
