And the support is not as knowledgeable as it used to be, to say the least.

Anyone else noticed that over the last year it has taken longer and longer to get responses from support? I have also had multiple tickets where if I do not call in, I never get a response. I have had to call in for the same ticket every time I update it. Anyone else notice this?
