For a multi tera byte storage, I would be more worried on ASM AU SIZE than the LUN size. You will potentially pollute the shared pool with default 1MB extents. I would go for 8MB extent side and there is an underscore parameter to do that. Raise an SR and get the support blessing before you change the _asm_au_size.
