hi all,
a long while back, I stumbled upon a pretty interesting, eye catching article talking about a (fictional) cocky, newbie Oracle DBA entering the industry ;-)

Unfortunately, I did not bookmark it and cannot seem to google for it....

does anyone know what I'm talking about and point me to the paper? thx much,
