Hi all,



Well it looks like I found the problem.  Yesterday in TEST someone added an 
Oracle Text context index for one of the tables in a separate schema, so I 
missed finding it the first time through.  I didn't realize a context index 
on an unrelated column would cause the rule hint to be ignored, but I guess 
I know now :)
