Greetings,

I would like to save the following RMAN error messages inside a table along with the timestamp

RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03007: retryable error occurred during execution of command: backup
RMAN-07004: unhandled exception during command execution on channel d1
RMAN-10035: exception raised in RPC: ORA-19502: write error on file
"/u03/oradata/vrwedb/control03.dbf", blockno 1751 (blocksize=8192) ORA-27072: skgfdisp: I/O error
HP-UX Error: 28: No space left on device Additional information: 1751
RMAN-10031: ORA-19624 occurred during call to DBMS_BACKUP_RESTORE.BACKUPPIECECREATE RMAN> Can somebody suggest me how I can do this. I want to save the new lines, as they appear in the error message.
Am I looking at a CLOB or do I have other options.

Regards & Thanks
