Oracle Forms and Reports

First of all, my environment is:

OS: Solaris 8
Forms and Reports 10g (9.0.4) ORACLE_HOME:/u01/app/oracle/product/fr9.0.4

J2EE AS10g (10.1.2)             ORACLE_HOME:/u01/app/oracle/product/mid10.1.2
Infrastructure 10g (10.1.2)      ORACLE_HOME:/u01/app/oracle/product/as10.1.2

I've uploaded the war file for my Java based application into the Application Server (J2EE layer) and the app is working fine. I installed Forms and Reports seprately as Standalone since AS10g (10.1.2) doesn't come with Forms and Reports yet. I have never installed or worked with Forms and Reports before this. So my question is, how do I get my java application to see the Standalone Forms and Reports installation to produce reports?
