just an add-on questions on top of the previous mail:

Did you do tracing with level 10046 or just queried system/session stats?
Which system/session wait you are saying is the problem here?
How did you get to the point to look wait_time for v$latch and pointing these latches are the biggest problem (from which waits, statistics)?
