My oracm configuration:
HeartBeat=3D15000
ClusterName=3DOracle Cluster Manager, version 9i
PollInterval=3D1000
MissCount=3D50
PrivateNodeNames=3Dracnode1 racnode2
PublicNodeNames=3Drac1 rac2
ServicePort=3D9998
CmDiskFile=3D/dev/raw3
HostName=3Dracnode1
KernelModuleName=3Dhangcheck-timer
Just a part of my cm.log
>WARNING: PollingThread(): node(1) missed(50) checkin(s), tid =3D
PollingThread:5126 file =3D nmmember.c, line =3D 850 {Sun Jan 30

NMEVENT_RECONFIG [00][00][00][00][00][00][00][01] {Sun Jan 30 18:37:14

Successful reconfiguration, 1 active node(s) node 0 is the master, my
node num is 0 (reconfig 5) {Sun Jan 30 18:37:14 2005 }
After the reconfiguration the node alive doesn't repond anymore. The processes are up but none can connect and even with a sqlplus "/as sysdba" (doing any kind of interrogation) I obtain a:
ORA-01012: not logged on
It is not really a hang because when the interconnect link is up again
(even without an oracm or an instance on the other node) all is back
working.
It seems a new control is performed on the interconnect...
I wished to check if others had experienced this behaviour.
