Sonja,

Go to www.oracledba.co.uk. Click 'Tuning' in the menu bar, and then 'Custom Hit Ratio'.

It will deliver you any hit ratio you want, as long as it is higher than your current hit ratio.

BTW, performance of your system will stay appr. the same, it doesn't do too much harm to it generally.
