I too got the Solaris 64-bit crashes immediately after applying 9.2.0.5.

Installed a followup one-off patch 3566420 and i've been running smooth.

After doing both of these, the security patch 3811906 went in smoothly as well.

This could be a possible fix, if you have a test env. to install to.
