Tim is right ... relink with RAC_OFF option. Plus you need to make surethat srvctl config files
are changed as well, along with listener and tnsnames (if you use them). Make sure your SIDs are
right whereever they are used. cluster_database=false is a must ... and as long as you get rid of
anything that indicates it is a two node sustem in the init.ora or spfile, you should be okay.
