Check the values of _ASH_ENABLE and _ASH_DISK_WRITE_ENABLE parameters.

Subject: AWR snapshots are not taken automatically

Hi All,

Windows XP pro, Oracle 10.1.0.2.

AWR snapshots are not taken automatically. Is there any init parameter, i need to set?

select snap_interval, retention
from dba_hist_wr_control;

SNAP_INTERVAL RETENTION
------------------- -------------------

+00000 01:00:00.0 +00007 00:00:00.0

Manual snapshot works fine.
execute dbms_workload_repository.create_snapshot

Thanks
Jay
