Can anyone who has implemented Oracle Advanced Benefits and Oracle Time and Labor offer some advise about how much to expect the database to grow for about 2000 people? I know that "it depends", but if you've been there, I'd appreciate it if you could share your experiences.

Also, has anyone integrated 9iAS (R2) with IBM's Tivoli Access Manager? OAB needs to be accessible from outside the firewall and we are using Tivoli for OS/390. Any information on this would also be of great help.

Thanks.
