What is stale cvak?

Hello All,

Seeing the message below on a 9.2.0.4 version, on a two Solaris 5.8 node RAC. Any idea/pointers to what it means? Metalink has nothing on this. All I know is, its related to locking, since this was in the lmd trace file.
