Even though the exp file create table statement references a tablespace as
long as that tablespace does not exist in the imp target the user default
tablespace will be used to create the object. If the tablespace exists in
the imp target then I believe if you set the owner to having zero quota on
the referenced tablespace that the create will default. Unfortunately, I do
not have a test system available to me right now where I can test this last
statement. But the first point I reply on all the time.

It's not true at all. The export file contains TABLESPACE clause of CREATE TABLE statement.
