Firewire Cards/Drive and Linux RAC

Peeps,

Following on from a previous post about RAC H/W - has anyone got any advice on buying firewire cards and external firewire drives for use in a 10g RH 2.1 Linux RAC.

I'm about to be pragmatic and buy a couple of fireware cards and an external firewire disk (obviously with 2 firewire ports). Anyone got some recommended hardware that work with Linux Red Hat AS2.1 ? Are there any pitfalls ?

My credit card is burning a hole in my pocket as I type !!
