Listers,
I'm digging around trying to find this out, but I'll ask here as well. Win2K, environment variable PERL5LIB (I've broken into separate lines for readability):
H:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\perl\lib\5.6.1\MSWin32-x86; H:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\perl\lib\5.6.1; H:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\perl\5.6.1\lib\MSWin32-x86; H:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\perl\site\5.6.1; H:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\perl\site\5.6.1\lib; H:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\sysman\admin\scripts
So I've installed ActivePerl 5.8.3.809 in it's own directory named
"h:\Perl". I've got problems that can be resolved by whacking the PERL5LIB
variable. But what do people normally do? I suppose I could install Perl
under any specific version of Oracle (4 of them) on my machine. Or I assume
I can delete the duplicate rows above, and then modify to point to my
"h:\Perl" and "h:\Perl\lib", and leave the sysman piece in there. So what do
you Perl folks do?
