I use the Oracle Transparent Gateway for Sql Server. It uses database links to access Sql Server like an Oracle table. It works surprisingly well. Check out Doc ID:231458.1 for a step by step. It covers both 8i and 9.

I need to make calls from Oracle to SQL Server. The Metalink documents seem inconsistent and incomplete.=20
Can anyone tell me how to set this up?

Thanks!
