OK, what's the bottom line here on Outlook formatting? Under tools, =
options, mail format I have chosen html
and also have Western European (ISO) checked. I want to get rid of the =
equal signs at the end of my lines
plus any other weirdness. I have noticed that code examples have =
'things' inserted into them that might
make them incomprehensible.

=3D
your secret? Tell me! Could it be something with the "encoding"?
In the Format->Encoding menu I have "Western European (ISO)" checked.
