Can anyone recommend a good disk-partitioning tool so I can make room =
for a linux (RH 9) install followed by a 10g installation? =20
Fips blows up on me with a
Number of Sectors (long) does not match Partition Info =20 The number of sectors in the partition table must match the number of = sectors in the bootsector
the machine in question is a pIII 993 with 256 mb installed and another = 256 on order currently running windows 98 ( hey, it was a gift) on a 20 = gig HD. I want (spouse requires) to build this into a dual boot = machine or I would just format the disk.
Thanks for any help

Subject: Oracle on SuSE
Ok, since we're all talking about Oracle on Linux, how about Oracle 9i/10g on SuSE Linux 9.0 Personal edition.
I just bought a copy over the weekend and installed it on my machine. Now thinking of installing Oracle 9i or 10g but hoping that someone has already done it.
No, I'm not a trailblazer.
