Hmm....ok, so if I keep my lines short enough that the mailing
list server doesn't insert line wraps, I don't see the problem?
Let's see what happens w/ these short lines.

There should not be one on the preceding line, or this one.
However, if I write a lot of text, and I let Outlook wrap my text, does =
=3D
that affect whether the equal signs appear? Need to type more to make =
=3D
this line wrap. When in the course of human events, .....ok, that =3D
wrapped. Will the previous line have the obnoxious equal sign at the =
=3D
end of it? Will this line?
