How can I turn Oracle listener on for Oracle 9i on solaris - FYI

Hi,

My servers are power off. Now I get the power and start them up. I would like to know how to start Oracle 9.2 listener on Solaris platform so that my program can talk to it.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
