In my mind there is a great difference between screwing up my airline
reservations and causing a code bug that sets a B-52 off to bombing
Sydney...
I'm all for summary executions due to the latter... :-)

There use to be a third line to that that read "Summary executions are SAC policy", but it just wasn't politically correct.
