OT: BB4 question

Sorry about the OT question...

I have two windows servers running FTP Serv-U on our intranet, but BB4 doesn't always pick them up even if the FTP servers are running.

The annoying thing is that if BB4 doesn't see them, it automatically changes their status to red. The whole page turns red.

Is there a way to prevent BB4 from jumping to conclusions too quickly?
