Linux. Not because it's technically superior to W2K but becasue it's where your future is.
I've become convinced that Linux is going to eat the Other Unics alive, then turn on Windows and eat it's market share for desert. Consider;
There _will_ be a market for Windows/Solaris/HP-UX but ... it's going to resemble the 2003 market for AS/400 and mainframes. You can make a living at it, but you to be nimble.
