See that little error below... character set.. and people think I am so
nuts
to be over paranoid when it comes to backups.
If your character set of the catalog is not a super set of target you get
probs.
If you ever re-import your Catalog with a different Charset I found problems
Set your NLS_LANG environ variable before do the recovery..this fixed most
issues..that could be fixed easily. It my testing I found Rman could do more
but
also have a hundred more loop holes.
ORA-01110: data file 3: '/u001/oracle/oradata/REPX/rbs01.dbf' ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called ORA-06512: at line 1
