Cron access is per user in HPUX. I.e. Oracle has its crontab file and root has another the directory /var/spool/cron/crontabs containes the per user crontab files.

Hi Listers,

HP-UX 11, Oracle 817.
I'm going to put the daily Oracle backup on crontab job. Someone told me that the Unix machine has been scheduled to shutdown on Friday morning. I couln't find it on crontab job. Is there any other job scheduler to schedule unix shutdown ?
