Each username can have its own cron job. You would expect the machine backup to be scheduled under the root username.

Hi Listers,
HP-UX 11, Oracle 817.
I'm going to put the daily Oracle backup on crontab job.
Someone told me that the Unix machine has been scheduled
to shutdown on Friday morning. I couln't find it on crontab job.
Is there any other job scheduler to schedule unix shutdown ?
Thanks.
Rivaldi
