If your employer is an Oracle Partner, an employee benefit is free
access to the Oracle Learning
Network, which has many Oracle 9i OCP Upgrade modules (very well done -
using as a model
for IOUG presentations). Also, reading the "Oracle 9i Database
Concepts" manual is free (and
always worthwhile). The "New Features" manual has useful information.
Personally, I did not
use the 9i books and STS for preparation (not available before the 9i
beta upgrade exam).
