If you want to use UTL_FILE you have change utl_file_dir parametere in
init.ora.

Hi ALL !
I have client version of oracle installed on my system , but TEXT_IO is
missing. Is it possible to install ? Basically i want to do IO operation
on any local txt file ?
Is it possible to do through UTL_FILE without making any change on server side ?
